Price agreed different to price on contract

I agreed a deal with retentions yesterday at £67/ month for 18 months. This was reflected on the pre contract documents received by email.

A couple of hours later I received the full contract and the price had gone up to £77 for no apparent reason! Has this happened to anyone else, and if so how was it resolved?

    Anyone experienced anything similar? 

     

    I've tried a search on the forum which hasn't turned up anything but I expect that's probably me not using the right search options.
