Positive Feedback

Hi, I really want to give some amazing feedback for the best customer service agent rep I have ever encountered. My email has been hacked and Zainab was absolutely amazing. I cannot thank her enough. The scammers did a SIM swap (Lebara network) used the codes to hack into my banks, yet somehow she still made me laugh and smile despite all the stress I am going through. Honestly, this woman was amazing! Please please pass on my thanks and make sure she is recognised for the fantastic job she does. I called on 24/07/2025 at approx 7pm, I do hope you are able to locate her so she knows she's very much appreciated 😊
