Positive feedback

Sadly the survey link has expired but I wanted to hop and say the engineers that came out to me on 21/05/25 were great and deserve some recognition. The one that left his card was Tom 28610, the other chap was really nice too.

I also just had to call up support (C-0105255923) and once again had really good service (though I did wait on hold for 25mins).

Good job Virgin :) Hope this can get passed down the line.
