They said it was something to do with new notifications for products or something but explenation wasnt very clear and operator I dont think had heard of it before,can you give a better explenation...thanks

POM stands for Proactive Offer Management and is something we are doing for select groups of customers, who are coming to the end of their contract. This is where we apply an extended offer on the account.
