Hey Wmac, thank you for reaching out and we are so sorry to hear about this renewal issue.
We've taken a look and we can see you've spoke to the team, did they advise what this was?
They said it was something to do with new notifications for products or something but explenation wasnt very clear and operator I dont think had heard of it before,can you give a better explenation...thanks
