Please ignore - problem solved

Please ignore - I had a problem tracking my returned kit via Yodel.  Turns out to only be an issue on a mobile browser, but it's OK on desktop.

    Did you manage to get this please? I have the Yodel tracking number but I didnt take a photo of where it will be sent.

      Thanks for your post and welcome back to our community.

      With equipment returns we do have different locations for areas of the UK. 

      When did you send the equipment back? As it normally takes around 10 days in total to be sent received and removed off your account.
