Please Help! Outstanding balance on creditfile
Hello,
I have tried to call in , sign in online , use automated payment line and chat box and none can help as can not find my account.
I left Virgin in March 2023 and recently been declined for credit so checked my file to see a default from Virgin media for £48 for the last 21 months.
I was not aware i had any outstanding balance and have not received any emails or letters from yourself asking for payment or what its for.
i have today been trying to get this paid and have virgin send amendment into credit file but no one can help, when i spoke to someone they said they could not verify account for me to make payment, when i try to log in online it wont let me and tried to reset password but no emial link come up and when i tried automated it said it would send me a link then said goodbye and no link sent.
Please can someone help
