Am I able to switch to paper bills? Does anyone know how? I need this for benefits applications as they do not accept print-outs of pdfs.

Others will advise on paper bills (I imagine you just call 0345 454 1111 /150) but also see https://www.virginmedia.com/broadband/low-income-families
