Package increased for the last 4 months.

Took the agreed package as discussed for £49 + £7 Netflix. Added premier sports “cancel at anytime “, for a month and cancelled it before the month finished. However my package didn’t return to the original cost? 

I have since been charged £59 a month for my package instead of £49 I was previously. I spent hours in December sorting this and the woman confirmed my package had returned to £49 and there would be credit on my account to compensate the difference which was added for one month. Now it’s back at £56…£65 with the Netflix that I pay £7 for. 

not including the 2 months I paid for premier sports (1month in advance) but actually only had for 2 weeks.
