I renewed my contract on 7th Feb 2025 for £36.90/mth.
I have just been charged £63.25 for the first month.
I am sure that you can understand my disappointment. Furthermore it is proving impossible to contact you about this to get it rectified.
I would be grateful if this can now put put right ASAP.
