Overcharged by £10 every month

I have the same case. I rang them for 5 times and sent 2 emails and they promised to give me credits. Nothing happened...

Hello again, I am wondering if you can help me with a new issue I have seeing as you sorted mine out last time and this was the best way to resolve my problem rather than phoning.

I have just took out a new contract for the 1Gb package and before confirming I received the contract and also after (please see attached images) however when I have checked my account online it states my bill will be going up in June which never was stated in my contract receival initially.

Please could you confirm what my prices will be for the length of my new 18 month contract as I am not willing to pay silly money and prices that weren’t initially quoted when renewing.

As you can see when renewing my contract I was expecting prices of £56.72 a month for my total package until April 2026 when it rises to £60.22 and finally £72.50 when my contract expires in November 2026. No mention of a June price increase which I see when checking my account.
