Outstanding Balance Error

Hi,

Recieved an email yesterday saying I have an outstanding balance on my account. The bill was already paid via direct debit and the app (now it’s back running) is also showing it’s paid.

Could a technician DM me to confirm the email was sent in error. I can’t get an answer from the chat or through on the phone.

    I got a similar email this morning (and I also pay by direct debit)... Checked my account on virgin and it says there are no issues and everything has been paid... Confusing cos the email appears genuine... even had my account number...

    I got through to VM and spoke to an advisor who told me there is nothing wrong with my account but they have  an issue... It apparently started yesterday midday.. Their technical support are looking into the problem... Seems it has affected quite a few people.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having we did have an issue with out system that was ongoing yesterday with similar emails stating that customers had not paid a bill or had outstanding amounts owed on their account.
