Outside Wiring Box Broken Lid

My Broadband was cut off last week in the roadside cabinet, I have been without Broadband for 4 days.

Today 14-04-24 a new wire was pulled through to remake the connection, I was at work when this work was being done but my neighbour called me as the engineer said he couldn’t contact me, the engineer was asking if I wanted a new box fitted and I said yes via my neighbour.

The new box was not installed and on my return from work I noticed the lid was hanging off. I managed to get it back on but it comes off easily and I’m worried the elements will do damage, please can I have a new Brown Box installed asap,

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.
