Ordered yesterday, changed mind?

Hi, hopefully someone can help me...I ordered online yesterday to switch to Virgin...but after reading all the horror stories on getting Virgin installed or cancelled I've changed my mind, how do I go about cancelling it completely,

    So sorry to hear that you have decided to cancel your installation due to what you've read online. I can assure you that the majority of our customers have no issues with their install and services, and as such you don't tend to hear about the customers that have no issues and only those that are reaching out or need further assistance and support. 

     

    If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so through calling our pre-install team on 0800 052 1734, they'll be able to assist further with cancelling your order for you should you still need.

      I've decided to go with Virgin, hopefully all I'm reading about installation and cancellations are a minority in the bigger scheme of things 🤞

      I also wondered about where I could find my Account number to register online, as I've only received an email with Pre-contract documents and Order summary...no welcome pack or a definate  date for installation.

      Also when should I cancel my current supplier as I'm out of contract the start of next month? 

      I'm not sure there has ever been an actual Virgin line in this property as there's only BT boxes inside...but I did spot a small black rectangular Virgin plastic thing on the floor outside on the pavement so fingers crossed it'll be up and running soon🤞

        Wait until VM is up and running before cancelling the current supplier. If things do go pear shaped with VM after Go Live remember the 14 day cooling off period.
