I've decided to go with Virgin, hopefully all I'm reading about installation and cancellations are a minority in the bigger scheme of things 🤞
I also wondered about where I could find my Account number to register online, as I've only received an email with Pre-contract documents and Order summary...no welcome pack or a definate date for installation.
Also when should I cancel my current supplier as I'm out of contract the start of next month?
I'm not sure there has ever been an actual Virgin line in this property as there's only BT boxes inside...but I did spot a small black rectangular Virgin plastic thing on the floor outside on the pavement so fingers crossed it'll be up and running soon🤞
