Sorry to hear these concerns about your new sales order.
If you are a new / first time customer, you will be unable to log into to your My VM account until your services have been installed and activated. It can take a couple of days for your welcome pack to arrive after placing the order. Once you are installed and activated you will be able to register for My VM and access your online account๐ virg.in/myVM , you will require the information from your first bill and contacts from us which confirms the account number and area code to register.
Sadly we are limited with what support we can provide for initial sales orders & Pre-install cases via the community forum so it may be best if you can get back in touch with us via ๐0800 183 1234 for the sales team or ๐0800 052 1734 for pre-install, so we can offer further support!
