Order vanished
I was out of contract and considering leaving but used the web offers and decided to stay for a reduced monthly amount. I have a confirmation email from webteam, and not expecting anything to change except the monthly payment. The change was due to be implemented on 07/04. I've just had my next bill amount and nothing has changed (still the higher price). No record of the order when i log in and any relevant web pages just return an error message. How can i resolve this and get the new contract i signed up for? It is difficult for me call.
