Order number

I need my order number for top cash back and can’t find it anywhere. I’ve checked all my mail and the app. Please assist.

      We'd need to advise that our Community Forums isn't an instant messaging service, and there can be delays in gaining a response - including consideration for our operating times - 8am until 9pm on weekdays and 8am until 6pm at weekends.

      Added to this, each colleague is expected to work 5 days a week, so you may catch us occasionally whilst we're on days off.

      I'll however be in touch with you shortly and will start the process of working on the issue raised.
