Online renewal

My contract is due up at the end of the month and there was an option on my account to renew and keep the exact package I currently have.

I took this option at the weekend as the price was no more than I am currently paying.  I got the pre contract information and order confirmation email.

Today I got an email saying "We'd like to talk to you to as it appears that some information that we need to process your order was missing. This will help us take the next
steps towards getting signed up"

I called up and spoke to a woman explained what was in the package and she said let me look in to it and came back saying the best she can do is £35 more than what I was offered and accepted online on Saturday.

Having checked my online account this evening there is no renewal or upgrade option and nothing there about the packaged I had renewed

      Hi Paul

      I have the pre contract information and also the email confirming that the order had been placed along with order number

      I also have screenshot of the website showing the details prior to me accepting it
