At what stage of the process are you getting that message when trying to register for My Virgin Media? Also, have your services been activated?

Hi Daniel,
Yes, my service has been activated, and I'm currently using the broadband.
On the VM website and app, I click on "Register" and enter the required information (Account holder's last name, Account number, and Area reference). After that, I'm asked to confirm my email address and create a password.
However, after choosing my password and pressing "Confirm," the site starts loading but gets stuck on the "Request in progress" message until it eventually crashes.
I've tried these steps on different computers and mobile devices, but the issue persists.- Daniel_EtForum Team

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
