one touch switch proof
Hi,
My previous provider, Plusnet, carried on charging me for the month of March, because they said they didn't receive the 'one touch switch' notification that should have been sent by Virgin Media. I knew this was supposed to happen now without my intervention, and your engineer confirmed that's what will happen, yet that appears isn't the case, or if it is... can you provide me with proof that it went through, so I can fight my case with PlusNet. If there was a mistake on Virgins side, can you reimburse me the extra cost to PlusNet because of this please?
