One Touch Switch not happened

Hello,

I recently switched to VM from Sky. I was advised I need to manually cancel the TV part of my Sky contract but that VM would deal with the Broadband and Landline element via the One Touch Switch.

I have just received a bill from Sky and advised that these products (BB and Landline) are still active and have not being cancelled by VM.

Any help is appreciated.
