One off charge...

Hello VM,  

You kindly let me know my contract is about to finish (and my bill is set to nearly double!).  I used the chat bot to discuss the options and was offered a different package at an agreed monthly price.

My contract has arrived via WhatsApp and includes a £40 'one off charge' - this wasn't discussed when I agreed the monthly price and it feels disingenuous to sneak it in afterwards (especially as its more than my months fee).

The chat bots gone to bed, is there anyone who can shed some light on this please?

      No indication either on the contract or during my online chat.

        If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
