Not happy got my bill for this month 6 on demand charges 6.99 each some twice on the same day got the mega package not happy at all

I'm never happy getting my VM bill either but that's life. Did you you log in to the OD channels with your PIN? Have you changed the PIN from its default value? Or are you saying that nobody accessed the OD channels in your household at any time?
If your PIN has not been changed from the default 1234, then anyone with access to your box and knowledge of this could potentially have incurred the charges.
