On 21.04.25 I gave 30 days notice of cancellation, I got 15 days till I’m disconnected. Out of curiosity I was looking at my account and I see there is an order on my account created on the day I gave 30 days notice. I’m wondering if that “order” is just my cancellation or they created an order unbeknown to me (?!)
