My TiVo box no longer supports Netflix. How do I get this swapped out for one that does?

I'm guessing you will be offered an "upgrade" to the 360 platform. However I would suggest if you like the existing Tivo box, you can ask for a V6 box. Make sure you are aware of all the cons and pros of moving to the Horizon 360 box as it is a one way move, and you cannot get the V6 tivo powered box if you change your mind.
Want to stay with Tivo as my other box is a V6. Problem is getting hold of anyone at VM

It's almost certain that VM will take your query as an excuse to push a conversion to the Horizon-powered TV360 platform. Whether or not it's an upgrade depends entirely on your usage of your existing TiVo.
Faulty TiVo's are replaced with V6 as a matter of course, presuming you have VM home broadband. Netflix is only withdrawn from the TiVo, and not from the V6. TiVo & V6 run the same TiVo-software, and the hardware is the same between V6 & TV360.
