Old ntlworld email account

I have an old ntlworld email account that should have been deleted 90 days after I left Virginmedia on October 2023. I had forwarding on at the time and am continuously getting spam emails forwarded from my old email address to my new one but have no way on logging in to turn if off.

Can anyone help with this.
