Old bills

Hi,

I have a few accounts with VM but recently closed one.   Whilst I still have access to it and can view my bills from November 2023, I cannot view the older bills and require them from March 2019.

Please could you help.

    Unless you have a current account with VM then it’s unlikely you will be able to get them back.

    You could try a DSAR

    Don't know exactly what this would give you, and in what detail, but there is a section which says

    'Billing and Payment history - All the bills and payment history of the customer'
