Ntlworld email hacked
Both my wife and I have had our email accounts hacked and cannot access them because the hacker has changed the password reset emails. They are ntlworld.com email addresses. I have tried to raise this with the customer service team over a week ago and all they did was raise a fraud ticket and said someone would contact me within 48 hours. I have heard nothing. Is there a direct line to the fraud/ security team I could use. This is an emergency note because my wife is receiving threatening emails on her account. Thank you
