Ntlworld email account
We have Broadband and my email access is the one that is linked to the bill. My husband pays the bill. He also has an ntlworld email account.
Today he can no longer send or receive emails, but he can see in his account on his phone. Accessing the email account via the laptop is not possible - says doesn't recognise his email account.
Can I assume that his email account has been frozen as reading other threads there seems to be something somewhere that says the is only 1 email account per broadband account.
Is it possible to get access for X days to forward on emails, and resolve access to bank accounts etc that are linked to his ntlworld email address. Only happened to day and we are still VM customers
Neither of us have any comms about there only being 1 email account per broadband "bill", neither of us have any email comms about access being switched off.
Need help as he needs access to his account as all his online bank accounts etc are linked to an account that he cannot access
HELP
