Firstly Thanks for getting in touch..
I had a email from virgin with a exclusive recontact offer but unfortunately it had a broken link so I got in touch via WhatsApp and spent most of monday trying to sort out my contract I had a total of three different contracts sent me all with different prices to the one's that were agreed also the first months payment was different on the contract to the figure I was told, I mentioned the figures being different and was told the right prices were logged and not to worry ...which I am
Been with virgin for about 20 years and always call to renegotiate my contract and wish I had again after a stressful WhatsApp Monday
Also it would be nice to know what my exclusive recontact offer is because them on WhatsApp don't know or are unwilling to tell me....thanks again for getting back to me

Thanks for expanding. Did you accept any of the offers that were discussed when speaking with the team?
It's possible that they had a discount applied to them, and depending on the discount they're not always present on the offer confirmation documents which is why the values may differ to what was mentioned during the conversation.

I did but like I said my frist monthly cost is more that what I agreed and the overall monthly cost after is different which could work out right if the discount promised is added ..when my contract came through I got back in touch via WhatsApp and was told the agreed prices were logged and not to worry..so why have a contract? Basically i have lost confidence with the process
it needs to be checked before my 14 days grace period is over
