No Welcome Email

I have had my virgin media installed since Thursday but have yet to receive my welcome email with my account details.

Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated

    I joined virgin media and installed the broadband last month but have yet to receive a welcome email with any of my account details. I made a previous post regarding this matter but have yet to get it resolved 

    Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated

    Hello,

    I did reply but did not hear back, I thought I would have received a welcome this month instead but have yet to receive one

      Hi markcraven413, I did reply back to you during the Data Protection process (Sep 15 at 2:13 PM), I did not hear back from you. I can send you another message now, we would need to start from the beginning I am afraid.
