No welcome email
I have recently started university and have acquired a Hub 5 router from a self-install kit.
However, I did not receive the vital welcome email with the account number and other important details.
I've tried calling the UK help number but the automated response was no use.
Is there any way I can access the account number without the welcome email, or anything else I can do?
