No welcome email
Hi guys,
I started the package via door salesman and still haven’t received my welcome email, I would need this as I can see that it should include my account number, just wondering if anyone can assist with this?

Just make sure when it does arrive to go through it with a fine tooth comb, and be aware of the 14 day cooling off period from when the installation goes live.
