No welcome email
I’m trying to sign up and create an account after starting a broadband deal with Virgin, but am yet to receive a welcome email with the details needed to do this. Every number i try to call as requires the same number so i’m going round in circles! I just want to check that everything went through ok as i think Ive accidentally done this twice.
If anyone can help that would be ideal!
