No Welcome Email or Customer Account Number

Hi,

I just purchased the Gig1 Fibre Broadband pack. I have not received a welcome email, and do not have an account number or area reference. I am not able to track my order or change my delivery day without my account number, which I haven’t been sent. 

Please help.
