No refund, glad I left VM!

I didn't want to leave VM, I always had a good connection and speed for the fair price I paid, however I was able to get a better deal elsewhere.

When I cancelled in October last year I followed the process, had an extra payment taken, for which I would receive a refund upon returning the kit.

The returns packaging never arrived the first time and after requesting another they both turned up within a week of each other between Xmas and New Year. Eventually I received an email in mid Jan to say thanking me for returning the kit.

I’d already been refunded £17 of the £57 I was owed, £40 was held back even because ‘I’d failed’ to return the kit in time. Even though I received messages telling me there was an issue with the packaging being sent out. Someone recommended taking it to an O2 shop but they were always too busy to deal with it.

Im owed £40, and I’m not very happy!
