No explanation for over charging

I am trying to get someone to explain why my first bill is double the cost. The website chat bot directed me to WhatsApp +44 7305 327112. Noone replies there.

How do you speak to someone when you need support?

    VM do charge in advance so it's possible that your first bill is double what you expected/

      Hi, 

      Thank you for responding. 

      I was told by the salesman there would be no initial fee.

      But if I could find a way to talk to a representative I would explain. Apparently this is not as simple as I expected.

        We're sorry to hear you've received an unexpected bill amount. 

        Your first month of service will start on your day of installation and will cover 1 calendar month. This bill will cover your 1st calendar month (from your installation date), plus your month in advance.
