No contract or confirmation of installation date
I signed up on the 26th March for instalation on the 10th April (Today) , All I have been given is the pre-contract documents and nothing else, complete void of communication.
Even their own email as part of the signup says......
What's next?

I cannot sign-in as I do not have an account number yet, I cant get anything meaningful out of the online chat apart from going in loops.
Yes I know I should have done this within 14 days of the pre-contract and kicked them to the curb.
So my questions is whats my options so far this experience is rubbish.
