No access to email
I had the problems with not being able to access email on my phone due to the linking o2 etc, part of the problem being that the email you are sending confirmation to was my mum, who was always secondary account holder and who died 10years ago. I have lost count of the times I have told you this and supposedly it gets sorted until every time I log into my virgin media it continues to show me as secondary. Obviously I cant access her old emails. I did a webchat and explained that I could access emails on my laptop but not on my phone. They said they logged a technical query. Now I cant access my emails in anyway or using phone or laptop. This is totally unacceptable, frustrating and honestly upsetting. Why cant you just sort it out and get my access to emails back.
