Nintendo Switch free gift stuck in limbo

Hi,

Signed up to Virgin on 3rd August, installed 31 August, free gift dispatched 19th September, DHL notification received with a "we'll let you know when it's out for delivery". THEN NOTHING. DHL say it has not reached my local depot Virgin said give it until 31/10/24.

It is now 04/11/24 and nobody seems to know or care where my free gift is. Pretty much impossible to speak to an actual person with a genuine understanding for the issue.

Hopefully somewhere on this forum I can get some interaction to a conclusion.

    Sorry to hear you still haven't received your Nintendo Switch.
    I'd like to investigate this for you.
