Placed my order through online agent and gave all details and then came back to say it was passed to head office and they would hear back within 24/48 hrs,a bit strange as normally when checks are done normally have a yes or no straight away
08000520557 so this number called me but didn’t answer as when checking it’s showing as a scam number for virgin media,did not leave a message either

Have you received any correspondence in regards to the order? These are usually sent via email to the address registered at the point of sale.
