New customer - no contract
Hi,
I signed up as a new customer today, via phone.
I've not received my pre-contract or contract by email yet.
But I got a text telling me yodel will deliver my kit.
So, it seems like the customer service rep might have written my email address down wrongly.
Given I have no account number, I'm not sure who or how to contact to rectify this and get a copy of the contract.
Any advice?
