New customer - no contract

Hi,

I signed up as a new customer today, via phone.

I've not received my pre-contract or contract by email yet.

But I got a text telling me yodel will deliver my kit.

So, it seems like the customer service rep might have written my email address down wrongly.

Given I have no account number, I'm not sure who or how to contact to rectify this and get a copy of the contract.

Any advice?

  • If a member of the forum team wouldn't mind DMing me, that would be great.

      It will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up, so best to ring if your need is urgent.
