New Contract got agreed but I was only looking at the page

Can someone help me? I was looking at the page last week and I turned out on Monday I got an email with ore contract details. But I donโ€™t want a new contract. What can I do? Do I need to phone Virgin? Please someone help.

    Some past topics have mentioned that simply looking at VM offers has prompted renewal documents to come through. IIRC though, those same topics mentioned that there was also some kind of digital signing process or acceptance stage which had to be completed before any new contract was started.

    Take another look through what has come through and see if the doc's are 'information only' at this point and avoid any links or options which might commit you to the offer.

    If it looks as if you really are signed up to a new contract you will have to either contact VM directly or wait here for a VM person to reply here (which usually happens within a few days of your first post).
