New Contract Did not Activate

I signed up to a new contract, received all the contract info via email etc and set up direct debits but the new contract did not activate and I have been billed my old full amount.

Can someone please DM me so we can get this rectified?

 

  • Spoken to several people in "retentions" - They magically cant find the contract, the one I have right in front of me and wont honor it. 

    Trying to give every excuse like I was somehow able to get a new customer discount online... 

    Shocking service, weaseling out of contracts claiming you have no proof your end!
