new black friday offer
help please i just orderd a new black friday agreement to keep all my egsisting services for my egsisting payment so i orderd the package ,and received my new contract details and payment details signed on the 8 th December and guess what Virgin have charged me more money than they should have .
AFTER nearley an hour on the phone to someone abroad speaking poor English ,i gave up thy could not see my new contract ,so why have virgin increase my payment ? please advise any help i would be very grateful .
