new bill is wrong is there agent on here to help

i got a new price as contract was due to end i rang the next day to do an add on  and agent i spoke to reduced my package price further which i accepted and have e mails txts to prove new price.  But today i received email saying bill was due with the previous price on  can an agent help me with this please

    Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
    Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your billing after agreeing to a new contract. 

    It may well be that the bill was produced just as the new contract was applied.
    I'd like to investigate this for you anyway.

    If you can check the envelope at the top right of your screen, that would be great.
