New account linked through to old account

I have signed up for virgin broadband, due to be installed next week, when I have gone to set up a My Virgin Media account for this it seems to have picked up the original account for my email address so I cannot see anything about my new contract or try to make changes to my installation appointment.

  • Hey gordon2285, thank you for reaching out and wea are sorry to hear about your account issues.

    Please make sure you are installed and active before making an account.

    It won't allow you to make an account until you are fully installed sorry. 

    Are you wanting to change your install date?

  • Yes want to move the date to something the week after. But for not creating an account, in the welcome email I got after signing up it says to create an account to be able to track the progress of my order so not sure how that matches up with what you said.
