NEW ACCOUNT - setup error

I am unable to set up my virgin media account on the app (or on a web browser).

i enter my surname the correct account number and area code but it just says there is an error.

i would like to be able to use the app, view my bills and also set up virgin TV go on all our devices before we go on holiday.

please can someone help set up my account?

    We're sorry to hear you're having an issue with setting up a My VM account. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I'll need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
