Netflix package changed need help
Hi, I recently renewed my contract with vm, told for a little extra package would remain the same, I then received a message from netflix informing me I have changed from netflix standard to netflix with ads. I have phoned vm twice and each time supposed to be resolved, but still have ads. Last time I was told to upgrade on vm app but when I try told chat to us, again which I try, ask for WhatsApp number which I give then told unavailable. Really get frustrated as noone seems to be able to sort this and I feel I am wasting so much time calling. Please can someone get in touch to sort this. Really don't understand why package changed when told would remain the same.
