I need to cancel an engineering appointment that was booked this morning as the issue has been resolved. When I try and cancel the appointment using the link I was sent, it automatically redirects me to another page. I can't find any other way to do this. The appointment is on Saturday morning.
Managed to contact someone through live chat, this has now been resolved
