Need old account deletin

Just returned to VM, and can't log into my new account as old one is still active.  I rang up and changed my email and phone number a few days ago, and if I try the log in another way, route, it's my old phone number that comes up. The email address seems to have been changed to my new one.   I have also never been allocated a recovery code.

I need to register for my new account, and it won't let me. Can't used the VM go app either for the same reason.  I just keep getting fobbed off about it.

    Welcome back to our forums and services. We truly want to do our best to help from here. Is this the my VM account you are having issues with as seen here or your VMO2 account as seen here. With the new account (my VM) to register is, you would need a new email address. Can you specify where you are seeing your oold number? Are you able to share a screenshot (while ommiting any personal details). This will help us to best understand and help from here 😊
